Villa Nomade Road to Amizmiz

Villa Nomade is like a lush and welcoming oasis at the very gates of Marrakech. A secret garden of one hectare planted with hundreds of palm trees, orange trees, tangerine trees, date palms, hundred-year-old olive trees and thousands of roses conceals a magnificent villa of 450 m² and its outbuildings. Villa Nomade provides its guests with a real hotel service thanks to a team of 6 dedicated, discreet and competent people.

Villa Nomade is composed of several annexes:
–The main Villa of 450 m2 with 4 large bedrooms and private bathrooms offers spacious common areas: living room with fireplace, dining room, reading room and satellite TV, large covered terrace opening onto the pool
–The Pavilion: located at a maximum of 50 m from the main villa, the pavilion is an independent suite of about 80 sqm with a large bedroom with its own fireplace, a beautiful terrace opening onto a lawn, a large and original bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower, opening onto an enclosed garden planted with banana trees, mandarin and bougainvillea. The guest house can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.
–The bungalow: this 40 m² bungalow (15 m2 of which is a shaded terrace) can accommodate 2 adults and one child. It is hidden in the heart of the garden, in the middle of orange and olive trees with a view of the pool and the rose garden: a paradise in itself!
–Garden House: 140 m² outbuilding facing the pool and the garden. The 70 m² interior space can be used as a bedroom for 2 to 4 people, a library, a TV lounge, a dining room and a projection room (home cinema). A very pleasant outdoor terrace of 40 m² in colonial style equipped with a bar can accommodate all residents of the villa for an aperitif, lunch or a festive evening.

Time to the city center: 15 minutes

The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

The villa accepts small events: birthdays, EVJF, small weddings… (on request only)

Minimum number of nights: 3 in low and mid season and 5 in high season
